Owner and master barber, Troy Powell, has been a licensed barber since 1997.  He started at Webbs Barbershop where he worked from 1997-2000.  In 2000, Troy opened TAP's Barbershop. In 2021 TAP's moved to appointment only based, at a new location (7989 Southtown Dr. Suite 402 in Bloomington).
